I successfully managed the construction and implementation of approximately 250 cell cites in the Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee area for Sprint affiliate, Ubiquitel PCS. Duties are basically the same as above with exception of the ordering of towers, land surveys and NEPA's. The co-locates require the ordering of a structural analysis. We are currently installing Lucent Mod Cell BTS's at our cell sites. Also responsible for approving preliminary field sketches of site layout in order to generate B-1 drawings needed for the final construction drawings to be done by the A+E firm. I also work hand in hand with Site Acquisitions, Zoning Department, as well as the RF Engineers for optimum site design.
